Founder + Managing Partner
Erin brings 15 years of direct patient care experience, an Executive MBA in Health Administration, and a career in public and private industry to her consulting and business coaching work. She leads end-to-end projects across sectors, including government programs, academic research, nonprofit operations, and innovative tech industry verticals such as Life Sciences, HealthTech, and AgeTech. By cross-walking frameworks, project management, and communication styles, Erin is able to advance innovative solutions—such as responsible AI integration—collaboratively and sustainably.
In addition to project and program leadership, Erin has a history of board service from local to national and global organizations, and has expertise from grassroots to high-level systems design.
